Great little green space in Ybor City district, technically belonging to Cuba. Come for the cultural, stay for the chickens
Nice historic Park with lineage Roosters and their broods clucking around. Public services work very hard to keep it clean and inviting. There's many celebrations here at different times and days.
Pretty cool to be able to "walk to Cuba". Quiet park with nothing to do besides read up on some history but it's pleasant overall.
Small piece of Cuban-American history. According to Google, it is Cuban soil. That is pretty weird.
Beautiful park and tribute to Cuba. Serene, peaceful, and historic.
Fun fact: this park is actually Cuban territory! My husband and I like to say we're going to Cuba for the day ☺️
Rich history, cute chickens running around everywhere, but it's a little run down and transients hang around. All in all there's a deep history Cuba apparently owns the park.

Technically owned by Cuba, this is a really cool little slice of history. This man was one of, if not the most, influential people in the Cuban revolution and immigration to the United States. Quite a fascinating story. There's a lot of Cuban folk have him to thank for! The hours are 8am ish to 1pm ish, so keep that in mind!
